The Role of Corp Communication & Digital Marketing

Location – Andheri Mumbai
1. Flair for content development for blogs, newsletter, emailers, press note, authored articles, interviews, manuals, tutorials, catering to the requirement of engaging with IPRS members and the industry stakeholders across online and offline platforms.
2. Manage and contribute towards development/ of multi-channel communication across touch points
a. Website
b. Podcast
c. YouTube channel
d. Social media posts
e. Handbook
f. Manual
g. Other communication requirement arising from time to time
3. Work closely with the Communication Head in organising events and activities related to member engagement and brand initiatives. Add value in the form of ideation, reaching out to relevant stakeholders and influencers, developing the content flow and messaging for the campaign/promotional material. Be responsible for the pre-event and post event promotion, PR coverage and amplification through online and offline platforms.
4. Help in co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders for required content and marketing deliverables.
5. Connect with industry insiders and artists in the different regions for webinars and seminars.
6. Liaison with PR, Digital and external agencies to ideate, brief and lead campaigns, day to day promotions and activities in tune with the business objective.
7. Monitoring and updating company’s social media pages and website on an ongoing basis
8. Tightening Brand Compliance & Brand Awareness and ensuring adherence to the Brand Guidelines
9. Help to design and implement outreach programmes and events to build brand awareness and help drive recruitment across India.
10. Work closely with the Corp Communication Head on the internal and external communication

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and knowledge of Key Writing Practices

- Having knowledge about the Music Industry in India and abroad
- Social Media savvy
- Understanding of digital media and new-age PR content requirement
